Today I started a Gratitude Journal. It feels like I get so wrapped up in our daily routine that I tend to forget to be mindful of the blessings in my life. I found this beautiful quote which I included in today's entry...To speak gratitude is courteous and pleasant, to enact gratitude is generous and noble, but to live gratitude is to touch Heaven.
