We went to the farmer's market on Saturday, probably for the last time this year. I'll miss it. I bought some cookies, salsa, fresh cheese curds, tiny pumpkins and beef jerky. The beef jerky was awesome! I'd like to try to make jerky sometime. The above photo was taken last year. Unfortunately, our tomatoes were terrible this year. All kinds of problems. I was so bummed out, I love making fresh salsa. We still have some bell peppers in the garden. Otherwise, our garden is done for the season. I never did get around to making homemade pesto. Next year, I hope!
