Happy Thanksgiving!

Thrifting was good this weekend. I got the above and also some 70's scarves and a little Fisher Price playhouse. Sara will get the playhouse for Christmas. I decided not to buy a vintage Smith Corona typewriter I saw there- which I now regret, big time! That was the first time I've come across a vintage typewriter in decent condition. Oh well.

I finished the top to my daughter's Christmas quilt today. Easy and fast, just what I needed. I think I'll use some cozy flannel for the back. I'd like to take a photo of her with her quilt at each Christmas from now on. Our little tradition :-)

It's been a little while! Feeling somewhat overwhelmed right now. I've been busy measuring and cleaning all my vintage items for my shop. Yes, I'm still working on it. I'm hoping to work some late nights this week to get things done. I'm determined to cross some things off that to-do list :-)

There is still a little bit of fall color left in our part of Wisconsin. Goodbye autumn....

My cute little bunny! Another fun Halloween. I'm enjoying holidays even more now that I have a child. I started a new family tradition this year, making a Halloween cake. Next year Sara will help me with it. I didn't do any Halloween crafting this year, unfortunately. I'll make up for that for Christmas!
